We have designed our products to be compatible with View-Master products. However, please note that if you choose not to purchase one of our viewers, we cannot be sure that a viewer from another source will successfully work with our reels. Why can I only use 7 images when there are 14 frames on the reel? 7 is the magic number! You can have 7 images per reel, no more, no less. And no, we aren't cheating you! :-) The images aren't repeating twice or extra spaces, instead, you see the same image directly across from one another because the way the viewer is designed requires you to look in with each of your eyes independently. Therefore, you need a left and right image for each frame, hence why you see 14 images. What File Types can be used JPG images are required. Other formats may cause errors uploading or poor image quality. What is considered Unacceptable Image Content? Because our product is a representation of a family friendly, nostalgic product, we have guidelines of what types of images we accept on a reel. Tasteful images are fine, but vulgar or images are not. This means, absolutely no images of below the waist private parts or in appropriate acts. If we feel your images do not fall within our guidelines, we will kindly ask you to change your photos or cancel your order.

The reel itself is great! I love it! However, this is only the purchase of the code to get the reel. You put this code into their website where you can see the price for the reel there is $16.99. The code from Amazon only takes off $14.99 so you'll still have to pay $2 + shipping even though you already paid $20 on Amazon. Just buy it on the website itself, it'll save you time and money.Bought it for my husband reminds him when he was a child.I read reviews before buying this product and felt a little weary. I went ahead and purchased this as a gift for my 1-year anniversary. It is absolutely prefect. This came in very quickly and it comes with a gift card to the website where you can submit a custom order. The disc does have 14 slots but I do want to say that it is 2 spots, one for each eye. I think this was miscommunicated in some reviews that it was just a repeat of the same pictures (Which it is) with reason. The website is a bit older but that's to be expected when buying this product. I did buy an additional shipping only because I wanted it sooner and it took about a week to arrive. Overall in love with the product and the process!I got this for my hubby for our 1 year anniversary. He is impossible to but gifts for and loves toys so when I came across this idea I had to try it. The shipping was super fast - which was great because I only had 6 days to get the finished product. It is kind of a pain that you have to wait for the actual box to come before you get the code so you can order the reels -but again - I had time so Im not going to ding a star. In total I ordered the viewer+reel & two more reels. I ordered thru amazon because it came prime shipping. If you order from the company's website you have to pay shipping & it's not 1-2 day. The interface to make the reels is pretty good - it's easy to use and offers some fun editing options. The reels came pretty quick - 3 days for me. The picture quality was great and my hubby LOVED his present.Got this for my 4 yr old grandkid (seem y other reviews for more items that scored A+ with the scamp)The kid's father raved about how much better this is than other viewmaster reels because the whole reel is one piece & the pictures can't fall out & get lost. He said the reel was pretty darn sturdy & fit in 3 of the viewmasters they had. Also, the quality of the pictures was good...he held up the reel to his camera during a recent online chat & we could see it through his phone ! 4 is a bit on the young side for independent play with this item, so unless your intended is either a very careful child or a bit older, you might want to take that into consideration, but the 4 yr old bruiser that we have enjoys viewmaster & these are far superior to other reels in the minds of father, mother & grandparents. We will be ordering more ...it's a good quiet independent toy & fun for them to see a whole reel of themselves, their good times/memories with the grandparents as well as their rarely seen relatives. Started the grandkid on viewmasters Jan 2020 & he turned 4 in Aug 2020 & I still don't think you can leave him unsupervised with the viewmaster ( he tries to put in 2 or more reels at a time) but I imagine that age appropriateness varies from child to child.The product is great and the coupon issue (being charged extra for a reel) was resolved quickly.Great product it takes me back. Make sure you buy extra film because it only comes with a default one.Cool concept, cool item, I'm just annoyed that the "included" reel actually costs 7+ EXTRA dollars in a separate purchase after the viewer is received. 2 extra dollars for the reel itself and approximately 5$ for shipping. I even see another review mentioning this and saying that the company rectified their error, so it's obviously a problem they are aware of and still have not fixed for their new customers. I'm guessing it's just a way of skimming money off people that don't care enough to complain or contact customer service.
